All payments are processed securely via BACs.

Late payments may incur a fee or pause project delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We retain the right to showcase anonymous samples for portfolio purposes (unless you request confidentiality in writing).

You agree not to claim authorship of any material not created or reviewed by BookLab.

5. Confidentiality
We treat all client content as confidential. We will not share, sell, or publish your manuscript or ideas without your consent.

6. Revisions & Refunds

We typically include two rounds of revisions as part of our service.

Additional revisions may incur a fee.

Refunds are only issued in cases of non-delivery or mutual agreement and are subject to our discretion.

7. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookLab is not liable for:

Outcomes resulting from how the final work is used or published

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:

There is abusive or inappropriate behaviour

The project becomes unfeasible
You may terminate services at any time, subject to any agreed payment obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
